Why is this Program Important?

The average retailer will suffer retail losses between 1% and 8% of annual sales. Generally the type of business, the level of security, the level of inventory control and the level of employee training determines the amount of losses a retailer will experience. Violence has increased in the retail workplace. A growing number of aggressive incidences have been reported in the last few years between staff members and shoplifters.
